titleOfInvention Monoclonal antibody and identification method using the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts with human hematopoietic cell surface glycoprotein; and to provide a discrimination method using the same. [Structure] A monoclonal antibody specific to a family of glycoproteins characterized in that they are present in human nucleated hematopoietic cells and not in other normal tissue cells, and the molecular weight of the above glycoproteins is about 220,000-200, 000 monoclonal antibody; and a method of distinguishing between undifferentiated lymphoma and undifferentiated cancer cell, comprising testing the reactivity of the antibody with an unidentified cancer cell line.
