abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a simple and inexpensive apparatus and method for producing a dough sheet having sharp and stable wavy edges by simply passing the dough between rollers. [Structure] This device comprises a main roller (10) and a counter roller (11) which rotate in opposite directions, and a dough sheet is passed between them. The gap between these rollers is the side surface (13) Larger at the medial surface (12), a circumferential groove (14) is made in at least one or both side surfaces of these rollers.
