abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An addition reaction type that does not cause deterioration of catalyst curing over time, which is observed in a system containing a large amount of retarder, and has excellent storage stability at room temperature and that can be easily cured by heating. A polyorganosiloxane composition is provided. In the addition reaction type polyorganosiloxane composition, ethylenically unsaturated isocyanurate such as triallyl isocyanurate and carboxylic acid diester such as diallyl maleate are used in combination in a specific amount as a reaction retarder.
