titleOfInvention Method for producing ultrafine particle-dispersed porous body
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A porous sheet containing ultra-fine particles that are uniformly dispersed without directly mixing the ultra-fine particles, which is difficult to handle, in the production of a resin sheet in which ultra-fine particles are dispersed. A method of manufacturing a resin sheet is provided. [Structure] A solution of a metal alkoxide and water are added to a solution of an organic solvent of a polyol, and the mixture is stirred to form an emulsion. By heating the emulsion, the metal alkoxide is hydrolyzed and polycondensed. It is cured and shaped into a porous body. Ultrafine particles of a metal or a metal oxide are precipitated in this porous body and are dispersed uniformly. A resin sheet in which ultrafine particles are uniformly dispersed can be produced by applying a base film as a molding method, curing the base film, and peeling off the base film.
