titleOfInvention Method for producing thermoplastic polyester resin foam
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a thermoplastic polyester resin foam which is uniformly and finely foamed, is not easily broken, and has good dimensional stability. [Structure] A thermoplastic polyester resin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.70 to 0.83 is selected, and a foaming agent is selected from three compounds of difluoroethane, tetrafluoroethane, and dimethyl ether, and the resin and the foaming agent are selected. Extrusion foaming is used to quench the foam.
