abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To obtain a polyurethane aqueous dispersion which has good storage stability and gives a film which is extremely unlikely to be colored when heated. [Structure] A tertiary nitrogen-containing macromonomer obtained by polymerizing dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate in the presence of thioglycerin, polycaprolactone diol having a molecular weight of 1,000, neopentyl glycol, and hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate are reacted in methyl ethyl ketone. After urethanization, glacial acetic acid was added to neutralize the tertiary nitrogen atoms in the polyurethane, and water was added dropwise to emulsify to obtain an aqueous dispersion. Further, methyl ethyl ketone was distilled off under reduced pressure to remove the polyurethane aqueous dispersion. Obtain the body (Example 1). [Effect] An extremely stable polyurethane aqueous dispersion is obtained even after standing for 3 months, and the film obtained from this aqueous dispersion is It did not color even when heated in a dryer. |
