titleOfInvention | Composition for cationic electrodeposition coating |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a composition for cationic electrodeposition coating having excellent corrosion resistance of the end surface of a steel sheet. The present invention relates to a composition for cationic electrodeposition coating containing the following (A), (B) and (C); (A) a reaction product of a polyepoxide and a polyoxyalkylene polyamine, which is an epoxy group in the polyepoxide. 20 to 70% by weight of a cationic non-gelling resin obtained by reacting the reaction product with an acid in an equivalent ratio of the amine groups in the polyoxyalkylene polyamine in the range of 1: 1.15 to 1.60, (B) 10 to 65% by weight of another cationic resin different from the reaction product (A) of the above polyepoxide and polyoxyalkylene polyamine, and (C) a dissociation temperature of 100 to 10 to 50% by weight of blocked polyisocyanate at 140 ° C. |
