abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A polyamic acid varnish that does not cause deterioration of properties when a polyamic acid is imidized can be synthesized in a short time, and a high-concentration polyamic acid varnish can be obtained. A method for synthesizing a polyamic acid varnish is provided. When a diamine derivative and a tetracarboxylic acid derivative are polymerized in a polar solvent to synthesize a polyamic acid varnish, a tetracarboxylic acid derivative of 0.5 mol% to less than 10 mol% and 90 mol of tetracarboxylic acid are used. A method for synthesizing a polyamic acid varnish using more than 99.5 mol% and not more than tetracarboxylic dianhydride. |
