titleOfInvention | Method for producing aqueous dispersion resin |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] The target aqueous dispersion is obtained through solution polymerization or emulsion polymerization using an azo group-containing urethane resin containing an azo group-containing diisocyanate compound derivative series or an azo group-containing diol derivative series. A method for preparing a resin, which is a method for producing an aqueous dispersion resin of the first type, mainly comprises the presence of a specific azo group-containing urethane resin, polymerizable unsaturated monomers, water at room temperature. It is a form of polymerizing in a solvent of a specific organic solvent having a solubility of less than 30% by weight, neutralizing with a basic compound, dispersing in water, and removing the solvent. The resin is mainly produced by emulsion polymerization of an azo group-containing urethane resin, a polymerizable unsaturated monomer, and the above specific organic solvent. [Effect] It is extremely practical because it can provide a method for producing an aqueous dispersion resin having excellent stability, which is based on a block copolymer composed of a urethane segment and a vinyl polymer segment. It can be said to be a method. |
