(57) [Summary] [Structure] A method for isolating the same substance from a sample solution containing angiogenin, which comprises the following steps (1) to (4): (1) A sample solution is brought into contact with a sulfated polysaccharide carrier, the obtained adsorption fraction is eluted with an aqueous solution or a buffer, and then desalted to obtain a fraction containing angiogenin, (2) The fraction obtained in (1) above was dissolved in a buffer solution containing sodium thiocyanate to remove insoluble matter, (3) Alcohol is added to the solution obtained in (2) above to remove proteins other than angiogenin by precipitation, and then (4) the solution obtained in (3) above is desalted. A method for isolating angiogenin, comprising: [Effect] Angiogenin can be easily isolated with high recovery and high purity. In addition, mass processing is possible, and the production cost can be reduced. Angiogenin isolated in high purity by the method of the present invention is expected to be used as a component of foods, feeds, reagents and pharmaceuticals. |
