abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel nucleoside antiviral agent having improved acid instability, which is a drawback of 2 ', 3'-dideoxypurine nucleoside antiviral agents. [Structure] General formula [I] (In the formula, R 1 is —H, —NH 2 or —OH, and R 2 is —H. H, or -NH 2 ) -Cyclo-2 ', 3'-dideoxypurine nucleosides are obtained by reacting 8-bromo-2', 3'-dideoxypurine nucleosides with cesium fluoride. [Effect] This compound is useful as a novel antiviral agent having acid resistance.
