(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A cleaning method that enables stable and efficient treatment and regeneration without diluting the high-load, high-concentration cleaning wastewater, and also makes effective use of the rinse solution. I will provide a. [Structure] A multi-tank connection type rinsing tank 31 is used in which a rinsing liquid 32 is connected so that the rinsing liquid 32 is sequentially sent in a direction opposite to the transfer direction of the article to be cleaned 2. The cleaning waste liquid 50 discharged from the rinse tank 31c located on the most downstream side of the multi-tank connection type rinse tank 31 is distilled under reduced pressure, and the obtained condensate 54 is circulated and supplied to the rinse tank 31a located on the most upstream side. The vacuum distillation is carried out in the presence of a silicone type defoaming agent and a silicone type defoaming component. Alternatively, the cleaning effluent is caused to flow down along the heated wall surface to perform vacuum distillation while forming a thin film of the cleaning effluent. |
