titleOfInvention Method for producing L-isoleucine by fermentation method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] L-, which is useful as a drug, food, or feed additive An industrial method for producing isoleucine is provided. [Structure] A microorganism belonging to the genus Escherichia, resistant to S- (2-aminoethyl) -L-cysteine or D-serine, and capable of producing L-isoleucine is cultured in a medium, and L is added to the culture. -Isoleucine is produced and accumulated, and L-isoleucine is collected from the culture to produce L-isoleucine.
