titleOfInvention Hermetically sealed housing with electrode lead-out section
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a hermetically sealed housing having an electrode take-out portion with high reliability. In an airtightly sealed housing for accommodating an electro-optical element and having an electrode lead-out portion for electrically connecting the element to the outside, a highly reliable solder joint is made to the electrode lead-out portion of the housing made of a first metal material. A fitting body made of a second metal material having a property is air-tightly fitted, an electrode is inserted through the fitting body, and an adhesive portion between the electrode and the fitting body is soldered with high reliability.
