titleOfInvention Antibacterial resin molded product and its manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a safe antibacterial resin molded product having a large antibacterial action, which is suitable for use by an unspecified number of people such as a grip of hanging leather, and such an antibacterial resin molding. It is an object to provide a method for manufacturing a product. [Structure] A resin molded product such as a grip of a hanging leather is brought into contact with an aqueous dispersion of an inorganic antibacterial agent, which is an inorganic microparticle or an inorganic ion exchanger microparticle carrying an antibacterial metal such as silver, copper or zinc. After that, it is washed with water and dried to form an inorganic antibacterial agent carrying layer by permeation of the inorganic antibacterial agent dispersion on the surface of the resin molded product. The contact between the resin molded product and the aqueous dispersion of the inorganic antibacterial agent is preferably performed under heating, and more preferably under reduced pressure conditions or pressurized conditions.
