titleOfInvention | Solder paste and method for forming solder layer using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] To form a solder layer of uniform thickness on the conductor layer of a printed wiring board using a solder paste with excellent coating properties. [Configuration] A step of applying or printing a solder paste composed of 85 to 50% by weight of powdered solder having a particle diameter of 25 μm or less and 15 to 50% by weight of liquid flux on a conductor layer of a printed wiring board to form a solder paste layer, heating, melting and melting. A solder layer forming step, a squeegee treatment in a heated state to make a molten solder layer uniform, a step of blowing hot air onto the printed wiring board surface, a printed wiring board cooling step, a washing step, and a drying step are sequentially performed. |
