abstract (57) [Summary] [Construction] A color toner for flash fixing in which an infrared absorbing agent is fixed to the surface of toner particles formed by dispersing at least a colorant in a resin, and a method for producing the same. [Effect] In the color toner, by fixing the infrared absorbing agent on the surface of the toner particles, the flash light is efficiently absorbed. Therefore, the addition amount of the infrared absorbing agent is reduced, and the color tone is not clouded and sufficient fixing is performed. Strength can be obtained.
