titleOfInvention | Hermetic refrigerant compressor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the wear resistance of the sliding parts of hermetic refrigerant compressors that use HFC-based refrigerants or HCFC22 refrigerants, and to prolong their life. [Composition] The compression mechanism is housed in a closed container. In a hermetic refrigerant compressor that uses FC refrigerant or HCFC refrigerant and uses refrigerating machine oil that is compatible with this refrigerant, at least one sliding component that slides relative to each other in the compression mechanism is an energy focusing beam. The partial quench hardening layer having a thickness of 0.02 mm or more and a Vickers hardness of 600 or more is formed on at least the load-side sliding surface. |
