titleOfInvention | Thread failure prevention device |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To remove abnormal cocoon threads such as knots of cocoon threads and to regularly clean the inside of the slits to remove deposits of abnormal cocoon threads such as knots on the slits. [Constitution] A cocoon yarn unwound from the cocoon is bundled into raw silk, and in a reeling machine that winds this into a small frame, the cocoon threads that have been unwound are passed through the process of reaching the binding device. A yarn failure prevention plate made of a ceramic material having slits was provided so as to be movable back and forth. By inserting the slit cleaning plate into the slit provided in the yarn failure prevention plate and movably providing the slit cleaning plate with respect to the yarn failure prevention plate, the abnormal cocoon yarns can be removed and the slits can be cleaned at the same time. |
