titleOfInvention Copper electrolytic solution chelate resin purification method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for purifying a chelate resin of a copper electrolyte which can be regenerated by a low cost and simple means. [Structure] SO 2 gas was blown into a copper electrolytic solution containing harmful impurities to reduce ferric ion (Fe 3+ ) in the solution to ferrous ion (Fe 2+ ), and this electrolytic solution was sharpened. -The resin is passed through the resin to adsorb impurities in the resin, and the obtained electrolytic solution is circulated to the electrolytic cell. On the other hand, the impurities adsorbed on the chelate resin are desorbed by a desorbing liquid composed of 3N-HCl, and hydrogen sulfide is blown into the desorbing liquid desorbing the impurities to form a sulfurized starch, which is solid-liquid separated to form a sulfurized starch. After removing the substances, Cu is added, the produced sulfurized starch is removed by solid-liquid separation, and the obtained solution is circulated as the above desorption liquid. The water washing solution after adsorption / desorption is treated with a strongly acidic cation exchange resin and repeatedly used for water washing.
