In addition to being excellent in storage stability, it is highly safe and is aesthetically pleasing in that the affected area does not turn brown after application. In addition, since the hypersensitivity coating agent of the present invention can be reliably treated at a high concentration, a high improvement effect can be expected with less frequent treatment.
