(57) [Summary] [Structure] A photopolymerizable composition in the form of 400 from a specific direction. A light control plate that irradiates only ultraviolet light having a wavelength of nm or less to selectively scatter only incident light in a specific angle range is manufactured. [Effect] It is possible to easily obtain a light control plate having a wide opaque angle width of 32 degrees or more by a simple manufacturing process. Also, the opaque angle width can be controlled. |
