titleOfInvention | Heat-molded sheet and molded product |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A sheet material for thermoforming such as vacuum forming which has a small shrinkage rate after forming, little change in gloss before and after forming, and can improve unrecession, and this sheet material. To provide a molded product that is molded using. [Structure] The polymer component of the portion constituting the sheet layer is (A) In 5 to 95 parts by weight of the olefin polymer serving as the trunk, (B) with respect to 100 parts by weight of one or two or more graft polymers in which 95 to 5 parts by weight of a branched polymer composed of at least one monomer selected from styrene, α-methylstyrene, and acrylonitrile is formed. A composition in which 0 to 2000 parts by weight of at least one polymer selected from a thermoplastic olefin elastomer, a thermoplastic olefin rubber, or a thermoplastic olefin resin is blended, and a sheet layer made of this composition is formed. 10% modulus value of sheet at 5 ℃ is 5kgf / Cm 2 to 250 kgf / cm 2 (Dumbbell No. 1, tensile speed 50 mm / min). |
