(57) [Summary] [Constitution] A gene encoding a soluble NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase, a plasmid containing the gene, Yeast strain transformed with the plasmid to produce the soluble enzyme. [Effect] The soluble NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase created by the present invention is a single oxygen at P-45. It is a novel multifunctional enzyme that is capable of exhibiting the functions of both 0 and Fpt enzymes and is produced using a protein engineering technique. |
