titleOfInvention | Plastisol |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The present invention relates to a plastisol which has improved stability over time in coating in the production of vinyl-coated products and has suppressed "blade". [Structure] An organic liquid that is sparingly soluble in water and does not dissolve or swell the vinyl chloride resin is added to an aqueous dispersion of the vinyl chloride resin, mixed and separated into granular aggregates from the aqueous phase, and then dried. Alternatively, a vinyl chloride-based resin for paste processing obtained by drying without adding an organic liquid in a range where the material temperature does not exceed 40 ° C., and a vinyl chloride-based resin for blending having an average particle diameter of 10 to 60 μm. A plastisol which is used in a fixed ratio and further contains a plasticizer as an essential component. [Effect] It is possible to improve the stability with time during continuous coating, and to provide plastisol with less "blade". Further, using this, a vinyl-coated product with less surface roughness can be continuously obtained. |
