(57) [Summary] [Structure] The siloxanes containing ionic crystals as impurities are brought into contact with a polar solvent, and then the polar solvent is evaporated to increase the average particle size of the ionic crystals, and then the siloxanes are filtered. The siloxanes are purified by separating and removing the ionic crystals contained in the siloxanes. [Effect] According to the present invention, siloxanes can be purified in a short time with high yield and high productivity, and the ionic crystal content in the obtained siloxanes can be further reduced. |
