[Structure] A means for calculating a rotation speed by making a rotation speed measurement section width pseudo constant with a coefficient is used. [Effect] It is possible to suppress the fluctuation of the combustion state detection parameter that occurs because the rotation speed measurement section width is not constant, and reduce erroneous determination. Therefore, the warning to the driver becomes more accurate, and the discharge of unburned gas and the temperature of the exhaust system can be prevented more reliably.
