(57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] The purpose is to enable large capacity and high-speed charging and discharging of electric double layer capacitors. [Structure] A conductive polymer film 3 formed on the surface of a polymerized electrode 2 used to obtain a conductive polymer by electrolytic polymerization is used as it is as a polarizable electrode. The polarizable electrode is impregnated with the electrolytic solution, and the separator 5 is interposed to form an electric double layer capacitor. This conductive polymer film is made into a microporous state by crosslinking during electrolytic polymerization using a polyvalent anion as a dopant. |
