(57) [Summary] [Purpose] Amino resin powder has good dispersibility, dispersion stability, good affinity with binder resin, small particle size and narrow particle size distribution, and heat resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. A binder type magnetic particle that is excellent in hardness and hard to break is obtained. [Structure] The amino resin powder is treated with a treating agent having an acyl halide group and a functional group, and then treated with a polymerization initiator having a functional group capable of binding to this functional group to form a polymerization initiator on the surface. After the introduction, the amino resin powder is used to produce magnetic particles by a suspension polymerization method. |
