abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a grease composition having excellent friction and wear characteristics. [Constitution] For 100 parts by weight of the base grease, (a) Formula 1 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the molybdenum compound and (b) 20 to 100 mol% of the acidic phosphoric acid ester of the formula 2 and 80 to 0 mol% of the amino compound of the formula 3 are used to form an acidic phosphoric acid ester (amine salt). A grease composition containing 0.1 to 10 parts by weight. (R 1 to R 4 represent a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and X is S or O but not all O) (R 5 and R 6 are hydrogen or a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, but not all hydrogen) R 7 R 8 NH (3) (R 7 and R 8 are hydrogen Or a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms, but not all hydrogen)
