titleOfInvention | Process for producing olefin polymerization solid catalyst component |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A transition metal compound is catalytically reacted with an aluminoxane supported on an inorganic oxide to carry it, and an excess of aluminoxane is produced when an olefin polymerization solid catalyst component is produced. The unreacted aluminoxane obtained by separating the solid catalyst component after the catalytic reaction with the inorganic oxide is used as it is or by adding the aluminoxane equivalent to the consumption in the reaction, and the next catalytic reaction with the inorganic oxide. And a method for producing an olefin-polymerized solid catalyst component by repeatedly reusing the same. [Effect] By repeatedly reusing unreacted aluminoxane at a specific concentration and effectively recycling the unreacted aluminoxane efficiently and economically producing a highly active solid olefin polymerization solid catalyst component.
