titleOfInvention Skin cleanser composition
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] (A) 10 to 40% by weight of a diethanolamine salt of a C 8 to C 22 higher fatty acid, and (B) a general formula: 0.5-10% by weight of a tertiary amine oxide represented by (R 1 : C 8 -C 22 alkyl group or alkenyl group, R 2 , R 3 : methyl group or ethyl group) and (C) average molecular weight. A skin cleansing composition containing 0.01 to 5,000,000 polyethylene glycol in an amount of 0.01 to 5% by weight. [Effect] A skin cleansing composition having excellent foaming performance, rinsing performance and finishing performance can be obtained.
