titleOfInvention Coating composition
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention provides heat resistance, hardness, adhesion to a base material, and electrical insulation under high humidity on a base material such as glass, metal, ceramics, and heat resistant resin. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a paint capable of forming a coating film excellent in the above in a thickness of 5 μ or more without cracking. [Structure] The coating composition of the present invention is an alkoxy compound represented by R n Si (OR 1 ) 4-n in a liquid medium such as an organic solvent in the presence of colloidal silica obtained by wet pulverizing fine silica powder by a wet method. It can be obtained by mixing an appropriate amount of inorganic powder with a binder obtained by hydrolyzing and then condensing an appropriate amount of silane. [Effect] The excellent cured coating film can be formed by applying the coating composition of the present invention on the above-mentioned base material, drying the coating film, and preferably heating at 100 ° C. or higher.
