Manufacturing method for rigid polyurethane foam |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a rigid polyurethane foam having excellent heat insulating performance and dimensional stability at low temperature. [Structure] When a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component are reacted in the presence of a foaming agent to produce a polyurethane foam, a part or all of the polyol component has a tertiary amino group in the molecular skeleton and both ends of the molecule. A tertiary amino alcohol having a hydroxyl group as an essential component, and one or more compounds selected from polyfunctional alcohols having a hydroxyl value of 1000 or more, aliphatic amines and aromatic amines, and particularly having a hydroxyl value of 1000 or more. The polyfunctional alcohol of is used together. Further, the tertiary amino alcohol may be used in combination with the tertiary amino alcohol having a tertiary amino group in the molecular skeleton and having a hydroxyl group at one terminal in the molecule. |
