Here, R is a pyridyl group or a substituted amino group (NR 1 R 2 ). Wherein R 1 is hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, and R 2 is a 2- (3-indolyl) ethyl group or an aralkyl group, or R 1 and R 2 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached.
