abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] When conducting quality inspections of the conductive film on a single sheet, the conductive film is securely held and fixed with good reproducibility and workability without damaging the productivity of the inspection work. It enables improvement and accuracy and reproducibility of test results. [Structure] Clips 11 and 12 which are film grippers, a film support frame 20, and a movable film support base 30 are provided. The clips 11 and 12 include urethane rubbers 11a and 12a. The film support frame 20 made of vinyl chloride resin has a void in the center, and a guide wall 20a for positioning the film. And a stopper wall 20b and a film supporting surface. The movable film support base 30 is provided with a projecting portion 30a, and rises to the height of the film supporting surface to close the central space of the supporting frame 20 during the film attaching / detaching operation.
