abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A polyamine having at least two primary and / or secondary amino groups and a polyisocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups are primary to the isocyanate group. And / or a reaction product obtained by reacting secondary amino groups so that they are stoichiometrically at least equivalent. A resin containing 0.1 to 2.0 milliequivalents of acidic functional groups per gram of solid content. The reaction product with the resin is contained such that the basic amino group contained in the reaction product with respect to 1 equivalent of the acidic functional group of the resin is 0.1 to 3.0 equivalents. [Effect] A small amount of the pigment can be used to stably disperse the pigment with little thixotropy.
