titleOfInvention Thiocarbamate S-alkyl ester plastic lens
abstract (57) [Summary] [Construction] A compound having an isocyanate group and a compound having a mercapto group are mixed at a ratio of -NCO group/-SH group = 0.5 to A thiocarbamic acid S-alkyl ester plastic lens obtained by reacting at a molar ratio of 3.0. [Effect] In addition to the high refractive index, it has the following characteristics. 1. A tough plastic lens is obtained. 2. Colorless and transparent lenses are obtained. 3. Excellent impact resistance. 4. Good machinability and polishability, and excellent workability. 5. Relatively low shrinkage during molding polymerization. 6. Relatively small specific gravity and light weight.
