abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] General formula (I) [Chemical formula 1] (Wherein R 1 and R 2 represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R 3 represents an azabicyclo cyclic group containing a tertiary nitrogen atom, and Y represents —O— or —NH—) A pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyridine-3-carboxylic acid derivative or a salt thereof, a method for producing the same, and a serotonin 3 receptor antagonist containing them as an active ingredient. Effect Since the compound (I) of the present invention has an excellent serotonin 3 receptor antagonistic activity, it can be advantageously used as an antiemetic agent, particularly as an antiemetic agent for suppressing nausea and vomiting due to side effects of anticancer agents. It can also be advantageously used as a psychotropic drug such as a gastrointestinal function regulator or anxiolytic. |
