titleOfInvention | No-Carbon Pressure Sensitive Copy Paper Coating Equipment |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A pressurizing type liquid supply head having slits is used to form a coating film of a coating liquid containing microcapsules containing an electron-donating dye as a main component and collide it with a support. In the method of forming the coating layer by applying the coating liquid, the coating liquid is passed through a vacuum defoaming machine before being supplied to the liquid supply head, and the specific gravity of the processing liquid is 95% or more of the true specific gravity. In addition, after the coating liquid is treated with a vacuum defoaming machine, it is passed through a horn-shaped pipe that spreads upward before being supplied to the liquid supply head, and the coating liquid is opened from the upper part of the pipe. This can be achieved by causing the flow to flow, and further causing the coating liquid to overflow from the manifold in the liquid supply head to remove bubbles. [Effect] By using the above coating apparatus, It is possible to obtain a non-carbon pressure-sensitive copying paper which is excellent in stain resistance and appearance of the coated surface and which enables high-speed coating and stable production. |
