abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] The purpose is to provide a sound insulating plate that has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, and that has rigidity and does not require a shape retaining material when used. [Structure] A plate-like part 2 and a large number of hollow body parts 3 protruding from one side or both sides of the plate-like part 2 and having open ends. Are integrally molded with resin, and at least the plate-shaped portion 2 is molded with fiber reinforced resin. Further, as the above resin, nylon or cyclopentadiene resin which is molded by reaction injection molding and has excellent impact absorption is used.
