(57) [Summary] [Purpose] An activated regeneration method in which, when the activity of a fluorination catalyst containing chromium as a main component decreases, the activity recovers to the initial state even after repeated activation regeneration treatments. [Structure] A chromium-based fluorination catalyst capable of recovering the activity up to the initial level without scattering the active ingredient even if it is repeatedly activated by first performing an oxidation treatment and a reduction treatment and then performing an activation treatment.
