titleOfInvention | Positive displacement ampoule |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a positive displacement ampoule. A positive displacement ampoule has an elongated container at one end that stores a fluid therein and has a large diameter base portion connected to a small diameter stem portion at the other end, and an end portion of the base portion for pushing the fluid out of the container. It has a piston disposed in the container and a push rod that ruptures the end of the base of the container and pushes the piston to expel fluid from the container after the stem is broken. The stem and base of the container have a weakened area that can be broken by conventional means. Positive displacement ampoules Manufacture an elongated container with the stem end of the container open and the base end of the container closed, and inject the monomer liquid into the container through the open stem to allow the liquid to act as a solid (the solid acts as a piston). Is designed to polymerize the liquid and convert it into a container through the open stem to maintain the fluid between the piston and the stem, and the end of the container stem G ["Y # It is manufactured by |
