abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a food product containing dietary fiber, which is useful for improving or preventing obesity, and which prevents a decrease in the physical strength of a food intake person even if the food is eaten over a long period of time. [Composition] At least four components of mannan, brown algal powder, ginger, and Ganoderma lucidum powder are contained, and the content of each of the four components is 20 to 90 wt% of the mannan and 0.5 to 30 wt% of the brown algal powder. The ginger content is in the range of 0.2 to 30 wt% and the Reishi extract powder is in the range of 0.1 to 40 wt%.
