titleOfInvention Capacitor manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention is directed to the production of a small-sized, large-capacity capacitor having excellent frequency characteristics, in which a conductive polymer film is used for at least one of electrodes facing each other through a dielectric film. The present invention relates to a method, and an object thereof is to realize a capacitor excellent in humidity resistance and heat resistance. [Structure] An electrode on which a dielectric film and a manganese oxide layer are sequentially formed is immersed in an aqueous solution of silicic acid or a silicate to form a film that suppresses hydration of the dielectric film. Electrolytic polymerization is performed, and since a counter electrode is formed by laminating an electrolytically polymerized conductive polymer film having excellent heat resistance stability on the electrode surface, there is little deterioration in capacity, tan δ, etc. even when left for a long time under high temperature and humidity. A capacitor is obtained.
