titleOfInvention | Method for producing maleimide-based copolymer |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] The volatile components can be efficiently removed from the reaction liquid, and since it is not necessary to heat the maleimide copolymer to 320 ° C or higher, the physical properties are not deteriorated. A highly pure maleimide copolymer is obtained. [Structure] At least (a) and (b) of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer (a), a maleimide-based monomer (b) and another vinyl-based monomer (c) copolymerizable therewith. Volatile components 1 to 2 by jetting a reaction liquid containing a maleimide-based copolymer obtained by solution polymerization or bulk polymerization of a monomer component containing volatile components at a temperature of 20 to 250 ° C. and a pressure of 760 mmHg or less. A solidified product containing 20% by weight was obtained, and the solidified product was supplied to an extruder with a vent and the temperature was 320 ° C. A maleimide-type copolymer having a volatile content of 0.5% by weight or less is obtained by treating in a molten state at the following temperature and a pressure of 200 mmHg or less. |
