titleOfInvention | Vascular treatment device |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a vascular treatment device that is less dangerous and that can effectively and reliably calm vasospasm. [Structure] The laser light output from the solid-state laser 1 is given to the harmonic generator 1a, and 532 nm, 355 nm, etc. are obtained in addition to the fundamental wavelength of 1064 nm. Wavelength selector 1b Selects a wavelength of 532 nm, and the optical wavelength converter 2 and the second optical wavelength converter 2a convert it into wavelengths of 700 to 600 nm and 400 to 600 nm. The converted light is further screened by the second wavelength selector 3 to select only 550 nm. This laser light is shaped by the beam shaper 5 and is applied to the spasm blood vessel 6. The blood vessel width measuring device 9 calculates the expansion rate of the blood vessel 6 and the blood flow rate. The expansion state is monitored in real time based on this expansion rate, and the oscillation output of the solid-state laser 1 is feedback-controlled. |
