titleOfInvention | Double-sided peeling sheet and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Efficiently manufacture a double-sided release sheet having good characteristics over time and surface properties. [Structure] A release layer which is obtained by curing an applied release resin on at least one side of a support by irradiation of ultraviolet rays and then by applying an electron beam, and at least another side is cured by irradiation of an electron beam. A double-sided release sheet that is a release layer. Since the surface is not scratched in advance because it is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, the release resin layers on both sides can be cured with an electron beam irradiation amount that does not damage the support. [Effect] Since the release resin on both sides can be cured by one-time electron beam irradiation, it does not cause deterioration of the support, and since there is no drying step by heat, a double-sided release sheet having good surface properties and curl characteristics is obtained.
