abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide an electrophotographic photosensitive member from which a high-quality image can be obtained. In an electrophotographic photosensitive member having at least an electrode layer and a photoconductive layer provided on a substrate, the electrode layer is formed of a resin containing metal particles produced by a vapor phase method. Further, the metal particles may be treated with a surface treatment agent, and a resin layer may be provided between the electrode layer and the substrate, and an intermediate resin layer may be provided between the photoconductive layer and the electrode layer. |
