titleOfInvention | Welding member and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a plated member for welding which does not require grinding of the end to be welded before welding, and a method for producing such a plated member for welding. [Structure] A mud-like substance containing an inorganic component is adhered only to an end portion of a base material 4 to be welded to form a mask layer 6, and the base material 4 is immersed in a high temperature plating bath to form the base material. Four A plating layer is formed on the skin surface of. After that, the mask layer 6 of the base material 4 on which the plating layer is formed is removed. The thus-produced plated member for welding can be welded to the base material 4 without grinding the end to be welded. |
